Lawrence Thibodeau is a Senior Partner, and Co-founder of Flexecution, Inc., a market leader in retail store execution. He is a highly experienced leader with a proven track record of success in all facets of retail store execution, including installation, construction, merchandising, logistics, warehousing, and consolidation. In that spirit, he has had the opportunity to serve as a senior executive of three different businesses within this industry throughout his long career of 33 years.
Larry’s functional responsibility is Chief Executive Officer and, in that role, he is responsible for strategic leadership of the company. In addition, he is responsible for the development, management and execution of all sales and marketing activities. Larry is well known in the industry for creating the “Flexecution Difference,” an innovative approach to customer service, which has helped the company become a market leader in a highly competitive industry. This approach emphasizes the importance of treating each client as a preferred customer by providing extensive owner involvement on every project that is executed. The marketplace has taken notice as Flexecution’s client list includes FedEx, Carmax, BRP, Aramark, Mattress Firm, Sam’s Club, Clark’s, RaceTrac, among many others.
Equally important to the success of Flexecution, Inc. has been the innovative approach taken by Larry and his team to ensure the uncompromised professionalism of his contractors and high-quality project execution at the retail store level. By introducing the “Flexecution Way” and “What it Means to “Flexecute” to the company’s extensive network of installation professionals, Larry has provided a proven approach to training and execution that helps to promote a culture of professionalism and customer focus among all contractors used by Flexecution. In his 33 years, Larry has learned about the importance of consistent execution in a flexible manner. In short, he has helped define what it means to Flexecute!

Chris Wilson is a Senior Partner, and Co-founder of Flexecution, Inc., a market leader in retail store execution. He is a highly experienced leader with a proven track record of success in all facets of retail store execution, including installation, construction, merchandising, logistics, warehousing, and consolidation. In that spirit, he has had the opportunity to serve as a senior executive of three different businesses within this industry over the course of his long career of 28 years.
Chris’s functional responsibility is Chief Financial Officer and in that role is responsible for managing all finance related activities including cash management, financial planning, and analysis of the company's financial outcomes. Perhaps most importantly, Chris is also responsible for the development and management of the company’s performance measurement system, which ensures that the entire management team is incentivized based on excellent outcomes that are achieved for the customers of Flexecution.
Chris’s extensive experience managing a wide range of projects including high velocity rollouts, remodels and new stores allows him to offer tremendous leadership and mentorship to the entire project management team at Flexecution, Inc. He is a true champion for both the “Flexecution Way” and “What it Means to “Flexecute,” which helps to ensure a culture of professionalism and customer focus among all contractors used by Flexecution. The marketplace has taken notice as Flexecution’s client list includes FedEx, Carmax, BRP, Aramark, Mattress Firm, Sam’s Club, Clark’s, RaceTrac, among many others.

Jeff Cutrone is a Partner at Flexecution, Inc, a market leader in retail store execution. He is a highly experienced leader with a proven track record of success in all facets of retail store execution, including merchandising, installation, single location buildouts and high velocity national rollouts. Jeff has served many different roles including regional merchandising manager, regional sales manager and business development manager as well as a senior executive over the course of his long career of 25 years in the industry.
Jeff’s functional responsibility is Chief People Officer. In that role, Jeff is responsible for recruiting the best available employees and contractors. In addition, he is responsible for making sure that our employees and contractors are trained in a way that minimizes incidents in the field. To do so requires a truly forward-looking approach to the execution of our services in accordance with the “Flexecution Way” and Jeff has embraced this role. In that spirit, Jeff has worked with many of the top retailers in the Americas, including ESPN, CVS, Pep Boys and Staples.
Jeff’s extensive experience managing a wide range of merchandising and other high velocity branding rollouts allows him to offer tremendous leadership and mentorship to the entire project management team at Flexecution, Inc. He is a true champion for both the “Flexecution Way” and “What it Means to “Flexecute,” which helps to ensure a culture of professionalism and customer focus among all contractors partnered with Flexecution. Jeff is well-liked and admired by his many customers, along with the employees and contractors that he works with at Flexecution.

Terry Immel is a Partner at Flexecution, Inc., a market leader in retail store execution. He is a highly experienced leader with a proven track record of success in all facets of retail store execution, including installation, construction, strategic planning, brand manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing. Terry is known in the industry for delivering the highest degree of customer satisfaction through flawless execution of his customer’s strategic goals. He has had the opportunity to serve as a senior executive of five businesses within this industry over the course of his long career of 33 years.
Terry’s functional responsibility is Chief Operating Officer. In that role, Terry is responsible for operating excellence across the Americas. He is also responsible for optimizing the integration of information technology across the business in a manner that strengthens reporting channels, geographical capacity, execution capabilities and supporting the sales and marketing function using technology to continuously improve customer relations. In that spirit, Terry has worked with many of the top retailers in the Americas, including FedEx, Taco Bell, Albertsons, Aramark and Guess among many other partner manufacturers.
An effective leader and team mentor with a long history of developing key associates into strong leaders with a customer service mindset. In that spirit, he continues to nurture long term customer relationships through his consultative methods, marketplace knowledge, and creating an atmosphere of confidence with support teams and clients. Terry is an impartial problem solver and resolution creator while continuing to be a customer and corporate advocate. Terry has also been a licensed builder in the state of Michigan since 1995 and continues to restore a 14-sided dairy barn on his property built in the early 1900s to save the greatness of the builders that came before him.

Scott's military service and a decade on Wall Street instilled a deep-seated understanding of high-pressure environments, fostering unwavering commitment to achieving objectives and exceeding expectations. His experience at Euro Brokers, where he navigated complex international markets and built strong relationships with global financial institutions, perfectly complements Flexecution's focus on client-centric solutions and high-impact execution.
Furthermore, Scott's 25-year tenure with a national retail signage group demonstrates a proven ability to build lasting relationships, understand client needs, and deliver exceptional results within dynamic and demanding sectors. His expertise in working with construction teams and ensuring consistent brand representation aligns seamlessly with Flexecution's commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences.

He is a highly experienced sales and marketing professional with a particular focus on the development and execution of large-scale fixture installations, project management, remodeling, and new store build-out programs. In that spirit, he has had the opportunity to serve as a senior executive of multiple businesses within this industry throughout his long career of 25 years.
As Vice President of business Development, International Nick’s functional responsibility is to anticipate and respond to to changes in the industry to help our customers maximize their sales and gross profit. In so doing, Nick seeks to clearly understand what our customers are experiencing in their own markets to be able to respond appropriately. He recognizes that to be our client’s preferred retail service provider, we must work to help our clients achieve their strategic objectives. Not surprisingly, the approach is working as his customers have included Walmart, Samsung, Home Depot, Behr Paint, Target, Skechers, PepBoys, among many others.
Nick regularly consults with top executives from various fields, including logistics, design/architecture, construction, and fixture manufacturing, to help create synergistic supply chain solutions. Nick’s extensive experiences have led to him being a regular speaker at industry conferences, and he is a leading member of the MOB (Maximizing Opportunities for Your Business), the premier marketing association in the retail industry. Nick is a proud alum of The Ohio State University. Although he currently resides in Costa Rica, he has never forgotten his Ohio roots and the work ethic instilled in him.

Company Team Building Event!
We kicked off one of our Annual Team Conferences on Hilton Head Island, SC, with an exciting start! Team members participated in an engaging "Scavenger Hunt," collaborating to uncover fascinating local lore. Everyone had a great time solving challenges as a team in pursuit of the ultimate Flex prize. Each group tackled a series of unique questions that included photo and video challenges. Everyone managed to find the Tiki Hut, although some arrived earlier than others... Let's FLEXECUTE!
